Bringing people together in public spaces across the Bay Area, Off the Grid food truck vendors and patrons have grown into a large and loyal community since the organization’s inception in 2010. The food trucks can be found Monday through Friday in Civic Center Plaza or UN Plaza.

LOCATION: CIVIC CENTER PLAZA (Corner of Grove & Larkin)

The new Bi-Rite Cafe Kiosk at Civic Center Plaza is located adjacent to the Helen Diller Civic Center Playgrounds. The cafe serves Bi-Rite’s famous soft serve ice cream along with fresh, flavorful foods, snacks and beverages and feature outdoor cafe seating. The site-responsive design was led by architecture firm WRNS Studio.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am-5pm; Saturday—Sunday, 10am-4pm

DATE/TIME: Open every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, 8am-4pm

Serving San Francisco’s United Nations Plaza and surrounding neighborhoods since 1981, this independent, farmer-operated, non-profit farmers market operates daily on Wednesdays and Sundays year round with a mission to bring high-quality and affordable produce from small local farms to the heart of San Francisco. This well-loved market offers a variety of lunch options, seating and live musicians on occasion.

Started in 1983, Annie’s Hot Dogs is San Francisco’s premiere operator of hot dog carts with several outposts throughout the City. Find them daily in front of City Hall for the ultimate American food experience. Find them in Civic Center Plaza Monday through Friday, 10am to 3:30pm.
